CARE program uses eight puppies to aid student mindfulness
CiTi's CARE program at SUNY Oswego hosts eight eight week old Labrador puppies to support stress relief and focus among students. Principal Robyn Ud notes the dogs help students manage emotions in healthy ways while staff say the connection boosts engagement and trust in standards and tests. Several students hope dogs return in the future.
