United Way leader discusses 211 program with Rotary
Fulton Rotary Club President Helen Hoefer introduced Patrick Dewine, executive director of the Greater United Way of Oswego County. Dewine spoke about the 2 1 1 program launched in Oswego County last February, a statewide non emergency hotline for assistance referrals. The four state call centers route callers to appropriate agencies, easing non emergency demand on 911. Hoefer presented Dewine with the Elitir's annual donation.

St Baldrick's Night at Fajita Grill in Oswego
