Shineman Foundation funds Oswego County Call-N-Ride expansion
The Richard S. Shineman Foundation awarded $92,000 to County Opportunities Inc. for its Call-N-Ride program serving Oswego County. OCO operates 50 programs for about 25,000 annual clients with zone based scheduling across multiple school districts and counties.
