City Eyes Faster SR104 Repairs and Pedestrian Upgrades
Oswego officials push for quicker repairs on Route 104 from city line to city line while cutting stormwater and adding better pedestrian and bike paths. Councilor Eric Van Buren had mapped potholes and cracks, finding 452 potholes and 1,300 photos to gauge depth, prompting calls for earlier planning and CHIPS funding to accelerate local repairs.
