High turnover at DSS worries county leaders
Oswego County officials face a sustained DSS staffing crisis with three of nine vacancies recommended for immediate fill and six delayed past April. Oswego man convicted of aggravated DWI
Oswego County jurors convict Scott D. Basedow 61 on two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated. He faces up to four years in prison with sentencing set for April 17. Basedow had a BAC of 0.25 percent at arrest after a report of drunken driving in Mexico town. He has a prior record of DWI convictions in 1992 1993 1998 and 2006.
