Papapalooza event links OCO Cancer Services and NOCHSI in Oswego County
Oswego County Opportunities Cancer Services and Northern Oswego County Health Services Inc. joined to host Papapalooza at NOCHSI Mexico Health Center in recognition of Cervical Cancer Awareness Month.
