Minetto man pleads guilty to felonious sex crime
Minetto resident Justin J. Montana age 31 pleaded guilty in Oswego County Court to one count of first degree disseminating indecent materials to a child. He admitted enticing 13 year old girls to produce and send explicit images and videos and disseminated material via Facebook Messenger. Sentencing is set for March 13 with potential prison time probation sex offender registration and special internet restrictions. The investigation spanned New York Indiana and Wisconsin with cooperation from Homeland Security Investigations and the U S Marshal Service.
