The Fulton Noon Rotary Club has hosted a high school foreign exchange student for nearly 50 years. This year’s student, Otone Quishi from Japan, attends Nanto Fukumitsu High School in Nanto City. She was introduced to Rotarians by Judy Young at a recent meeting.
