Forks in the Readers Recall a Oswego Paperboy's Rise
In an Oswego reader essay, a former paperboy recounts delivering 142 customers on the Palt-Times route from Seneca Street to near the college, earning about $12-14 weekly in 1959, learning from Harry Lennon, and later becoming a disc jockey. He reflects on union efforts, a halved route, and his path to public life.
