Central Square man charged with sexual abuse
Oswego County sheriff s office charged 34 year old Joshua J Hines of 339 county Route 37 Hastings with second degree sexual conduct against a child first degree sexual abuse and two counts of first degree endangering the welfare of a child relating to alleged offenses between May 2013 and November 2015. He was arraigned in Hastings Town Court remanded to the Oswego County detention facility without bail and set to appear Wednesday.
