Salvation Army asks public to stop dumping near Oswego site
The Oswego Salvation Army reports mounting debris at the Port City location. Board member Bruce Holman says bins take toys clothes and small items while couches chairs and big items are left outside. Constantia man faces weapon charge after store dispute
Rusty S. Hayes, 25, of Constantia, is charged with second degree criminal possession of a weapon and first degree reckless endangerment after a confrontation at Constantia Dollar General escalated to a shotgun discharge in the parking lot. Hayes, arraigned in Constantia Town Court, was remanded on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond as authorities continue the investigation into the unidentified attacker and ongoing charges.
