New York housing market sees 8.1 percent price rise in July
NYS Association of Realtors reports statewide July median home price at 255000, up 8.1 percent from July 2015 with 11736 closed sales. Oswego County sees a 1.1 percent price dip to 108450, while listings and sales fall from 2015 levels.
