Oswego gallery Riverside Artisans welcomes Lilly Tsay a jewelry maker joining the cooperative store at Canal Commons 191 W First St Oswego. Tsay creates hand made porcelain bead necklaces and earrings using pearls glass wood and metal wires. The shop operates 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday and noon to 4 pm Sunday. Cadets, Oswego at odds over McCrobie Building overnight use
