Oswego County bans tobacco use on county property
Oswego County Legislature passed Local Law Number 4 of 2016 banning tobacco products and electronic cigarettes on county property with fines up to 1000 dollars for repeats. The measure, effective September, aims to reduce secondhand smoke and encourage cessation, backed by Public Health Director Jiancheng Huang and health officials.
