Fulton man faces felony drug charges after fleeing cops
Fulton authorities report Scott E. Brien 45 fled a red light stop on State Route 3 at 1 40 a.m. Tuesday, leading to a brief car and foot chase. He was found with about 5.5 grams of cocaine and faces multiple drug charges plus resisting arrest and fleeing a police officer. He remained at Oswego County Jail with no bail. Oswego City Band concert tonight at Breitbeck Park.
