Pulaski resident Christopher Pool, 22, faces fourth degree grand larceny in Richland. Brian DeSantis, 51, of Clay, charged with petit larceny in Central Square. New York toughens penalties for community center bomb threats
Albany New York Gov Andrew Cuomo signed a bill increasing penalties for threats against community centers. The law, passed after a wave of threats to Jewish Community Centers nationwide, targets perpetrators with up to one year in jail. Cuomo cited bias and hate and pledged stronger prosecutions to curb fear and terror.
