Fulton to complete multiple paving projects this summer

Fulton officials begin about 370000 in road paving this summer with milling done and asphalt prep underway. About a mile of streets will be resurfaced including North Seventh Phillips William Gillard Drive Whitcomb Road and North Fourth Street. Paving starts week of Aug 14 atop Oswego River west side and should finish by Aug 25 pending weather.
