Rural and Migrant Ministry clinics serve Oswego County patients
United Way funds the Rural and Migrant Ministry of Oswego County to provide free primary medical care from volunteers at a clinic at 14 Stewart St Richland. The clinic operates 9 am to 4 30 pm Monday through Thursday and offers a 5 to 7 pm Wednesday session, plus nutrition education and an emergency pantry serving 3000 meals last year.
