Oswego professor edits Open SUNY literacy textbook
SUNY Oswego associate dean Kristen Munger edited and coauthored Steps for Success, the college’s first Open SUNY textbook. The 228 page book, with chapters by faculty from multiple universities, defines literacy as reading, writing, listening, speaking, viewing and performing, and emphasizes social justice and accessible language.
