Saskatchewan’s health care revolution born in a prairie crisis
In Saskatoon’s Nutana district a tiny plaque records Saskatchewan’s 1960s push for universal public medical insurance. The plan helped seed Canada’s national Medicare, shaping health policy across North America and beyond.
