Free balance class offered by RSVP in Pulaski
The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of SUNY Oswego announces Six Steps to Better Balance a six week program beginning April 12 at Park United Methodist Church Pulaski. Instructors RSVP volunteers Rachel Brooks and Carol Simpson will guide seniors through balance improving activities and safety tips with limited class size and required pre registration.
