Sept 4 Hon KEK PF Noyes judge of the Superior Court of Cincinnati died at the courthouse shortly after eleven o'clock. He fell ill on his way to the street after hearing an injunction case. apoplexy is suspected. He was about fifty seven. General Edward F. Noyes, a Massachusetts native and Civil War veteran, held multiple public offices and was elected judge of the Superior Court of Cincinnati for five years. He leaves a wife and a son aged about twenty four. He was widely admired as a political speaker across parties.
