Cross Day a Big Success for Red Cross Drive
The Lafayette county Red Cross drive netted 291 dollars and 35 cents from auction items donated by Ox Lafayette residents. Speakers including Hon. Lester G. Fant and Dr. Somerville led the event with local leaders praising the community’s support and urging continued aid to the war relief effort.
