The District Attorney E N Miller affidavit charged embezzlement of 315 612. io. Hemingway waived examination and posted bond of 25 000 with multiple sureties. At 11 pm Thursday in Laurentes near Pennsylvania a revolver discharged while Webster Campbell, 22, attempted to place it on a bureau. Miss Hiskey, 16, died instantly from a pistol wound. A coroner’s jury ruled death accidental and Campbell was jailed.
