Tech Awarded Big Invite to Meet in Birmingham
The 8 I A A met in Birmingham last Saturday and adopted a new constitution with a fourteen unit entrance requirement and a twelve hour passing mark for contestants. The one year rule was defeated 14 to 12 and training tables were abolished.
