Oxford Girl Dies in Tupelo Electric Tragedy
Miss Cora Mitts, a popular former Oxford A H School graduate and Epworth League president, died in South Tupelo when an electric light current caused instant death during a private room incident at a social gathering. She was survived by her parents near Oxford and relatives a municipal officer. Funeral arrangements will be made in Oxford.
