Clean-up Squads to Visit Oxford December 10
The U S Veterans Bureau has placed two squads in Mississippi to handle claims of disabled ex service men. Squad Two covers the northwest and Squad One the northeast. Southern and Central Mississippi are already served. Since August 22 about four thousand men have been interviewed and many have received compensation training or adjusted insurance. The squads aim to inform ex service men of their rights and assist in filing claims for compensation and training, including medical treatment where disability is service related.
