County adopts finance role for clerk Janet Paddock

Franklin County will shift the financial officer duties to Janet Paddock, the county clerk, under a one year contract worth 25000 dollars. County Administrator Derek Brown says Paddock has acted as de facto finance chief and will oversee budget development, accounting and long-range financial planning.
