A three hour exercise at a local plant used by city and county departments tested emergency response realism without disrupting regular operations. Scenarios included an external intruder injuring workers and an inside shooter, with 911 calls triggered by simulated gunfire and injuries. Agencies practiced coordinated mass casualty response to improve real world readiness.
