Robertson Named Assistant State Conservationist in Salina
Donald Robertson, State Resource Conservationist, appointed assistant state conservationist for the USDA Soil Conservation Service in Salina. He will lead SCS programs for the Great Plains Conservation Program and other initiatives, succeeding John Tippie who attends University of Montana. Robertson, a Fort Morgan Colorado native and Colorado State University graduate, began in Pueblo 1949 and later served as New Mexico Range Conservationist in Albuquerque.
