Weather and Lake Levels Highlight Summer Heat in Ottawa

Ottawa residents battled heat with watering as petunias thrived yet perished in the dry spell. Pomona Lake levels ran about 3/4 foot below normal, rainfall in July and August fell short, but lake activity remained high with many still seeking relief.
