Changes greet students as they return to classes
West Franklin USD 287 reshaped the school day adding an eighth period and cutting class time to 46 minutes to fit an extra elective and longer day. Seniors now need 24 credits while freshmen must earn 28. Falcon Time was eliminated, drawing student disappointment and a return to a three lunch period after two failed lunch shifts.
