Charges filed in fatal shooting case against Flohr
John Kevin Flohr, 37, of Olathe, faces two charges including voluntary manslaughter and carrying a concealed weapon after a fatal shooting last Friday. A level three felony carries 46 to 206 months in prison. Preliminary hearing is set for November 30 at 1 p.m. Bond was reset to 50,000 dollars. initial bond was 5,000. The shooting victim is Aledo Eugene Gulley Jr.
