Doctor says Dang may soon be competent for trial
Larned State Hospital doctors say Phung Kim Dang, 28, charged with first degree murder in her son Hoai Phuong Bui's death, may soon be competent to stand trial. Judge Steve Tatum ordered 90 more days at Larned after determining she is not yet competent. Doctors report substantial probability of eventual competence.
