The Baldwin City festival features Halloween Haunted Train Rides at 1515 W High St and a full carnival with Ferris Wheel Tilt-A-Whirl and other attractions open Friday through Sunday. Arts and Craft Show at Baldwin Elementary 9am to 6pm, Quilt Show, and Santa Fe Depot train rides hourly 9am to 5pm with $9 adults $4 children.
