Fall Spraying Urged to Fight Musk Thistle in County
Franklin County Noxious Weed Supervisor Ray DeJulio urges landowners to spray musk thistle this fall, noting fall application is more effective and requires less chemical. He cites rosette size, reduced rate from spring, and the chance to cover missed spots with back to back fall and spring sprays. Chemical is county available. Low vol 2 4d priced at 3.50 per gallon, 50 cents cheaper.
