North Korea says it can build nuclear weapons now
North Korea declared it has solved all technologic al matters in using plutonium from reprocessed fuel rods to make atomic bombs. KCNA said it would steadily strengthen its nuclear deterrent as a self defensive shield against U S invasion fears, while experts note 8 000 rods could yield five or six bombs.
