County Hears Care Concerns At Public Hearing
Franklin County commission held a public hearing on a 200000 grant application for an adult day care center with an estimated 270000 project cost. Exchange Town Inc plans 70000 in matching funds and volunteers will assist with activities and exercise programs. Six to eight sites were considered. Ottawa could host the center.
