O'Dea earns Eagle award at Westminster Church
Austin O'Dea of Ottawa Scout Troop 74 will receive the Eagle Scout Award at 7 p.m. Monday at Westminster Presbyterian Church. He completed a bromegrass habitat project south of Steve Grogan Stadium, including a pond and observation trail for Ottawa High School biology. The project was funded by a state Outdoor Wildlife grant with many locals assisting.

Calm 4-year-old finds parents dead in grisly home tragedy
