Still Farming At Age Of 83 In Princeton Area
Clarence Oswald at 83 continues to farm west of Princeton on 70 acres with 50 acres cropland and 20 acres hay. He uses a 1956 Ford tractor to plant corn on a 5.5 acre field, hires help to harvest, and rejects government aid programs while opposing the current farmers strike and criticizing over production, irrigation, and fertilization trends.
