The Gallup Youth Survey of 504 teenagers age 13 to 17 finds that 88 percent report fair treatment from all or many teachers, with non white teens and whites equally likely to feel fairly treated. Black and Hispanic students show similar perceptions of fairness by gender and age in the study conducted Dec 3–12, 1991.
