Fish as heart food found to lower death risk
A Dutch study in Zutphen by Dr Daan Krormkout and colleagues links higher fish intake to reduced coronary heart disease deaths among 52 middle aged men. After 20 years those eating at least one ounce daily were less than half as likely to die from heart disease, independent of obesity smoking high blood pressure or cholesterol.
