Duct tape prom outfits seek national contest win

In Richland Washington Rachel Call and Eric Edwalson wore gowns and a tuxedo made from over a dozen 50 yard rolls of duct tape spending 25 hours and 85 dollars. Their outfits weigh four pounds each and they hope to win the Stuck at Prom contest awarding 2500 scholarships per person and school hosting the dance. In Malawi Osborn Karim was fined about six dollars for hiding under a rally platform where President Muluzi was to speak after pleading guilty to breach of peace while drunk.
