Ottawa High senior preps for prom day with friends
Ottawa High School senior Kim Neff coordinates prom events with 15 peers. Friends Megan Meisel and Kristen McFarland assist with makeup despite Neff's fear of eye objects. Neff starts at 9:30 a.m. with dinner in Kansas City planned for later. Her brother Matt faces a quicker routine, about 15 minutes.
