Dentures Not Grounds to Overturn DWI Arrest in Kansas
The Kansas Court of Appeals rejected Gary Bolton’s claim that his false teeth caused the breath test to misreport his intoxication after a 2008 stop. Bolton’s blood alcohol was 0.24, well above the 0.08 limit, and the court found no evidence dentures affect breath results. Bolton can appeal to the state Supreme Court within 30 days.

JetBlue Captain Feared Hijack Leads to In-Flight Scuffle
