John C. J.C. Jones 82 of Wellsville Kansas died March 27 2012 at home. A service was planned for March 30 2012 at the Wellsville Baptist Church. He was born October 19 1929 in Louisburg the son of John C Junior and Opal Leatha Reed Jones. He married Dorothy Marie Long June 3 1951 at Drexel Missouri and they lived in Wellsville for 60 years. He worked for WEG Dial Telephone Company Gardner and Western Electric AT&T retiring in 1987, later drove a school bus for Wellsville. He served as deacon and trustee at Wellsville Baptist Church and led Boy Scout Troop 63. Survived by wife Dorothy two sons two daughters in law four grandchildren and a sister. Visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Wilson's Funeral Home Wellsville. Burial Sharon Cemetery Drexel Missouri.
