Trial highlights from Flack case as judge keeps motions
Testimony spanned Flack family and victims’ circles with law enforcement, crime scene experts, an FBI geologist and an entomologist detailing autopsies, maggot activity, and DNA. Prosecution exhibits included body photos, clothing, ammo parts, receipts, phone records, surveillance, and Flack interviews. Defense sought to merge charges and suppress statements and evidence, but Judge Godderz denied the motions. Closing arguments set for Wednesday at 9 a.m.
