Family turns gardening hobby into new business
In Richmond a family runs Prairie Hill Nursery on 72 acres, opening a greenhouse in 1999 and selling 115 plant varieties plus dried flowers and wreaths to wholesale buyers via their website. Jan and Tony Macek manage design and installation with help from their children, aiming to expand with a shop and further services.
