Depot turned family home revives Wellsville history
Julie and Robert Zoeller transformed the old Wellsville Iron Horse Ranch depot from 1988 into a residence near Paola. The family moved in after a spontaneous visit sparked by a stranded Realtor’s car. Living in the freight room during a four-bedroom addition, they embrace garden life with 12 perennial beds and spring blooms while family members pitch in with yard work.
