Indicted for 1968 Navy death after 33 years
Michael Edward LeBrun, 55 of Greenwood, has been indicted on a single count of murder for allegedly beating and strangling Ensign Andrew Lee Muns on January 17, 1968, while both served aboard the USS Cacapon at Subic Bay. Muns body was never recovered.
